We provide home study, training, and post adoption services to families who reside in West Virginia wishing to adopt a child overseas.

You must contract with a Hague Accredited primary international adoption agency who will provide services to place a child from another country. Children’s Home Society of West Virginia will then partner with that agency to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Please contact us for more information on the process.
